Fall colours have arrived on Vancouver Island and it’s time for the Sidney Fine Art Show!

You’re invited to visit the seaside town of Sidney (off the Pat Bay Highway) and see some wonderful art (all mediums). This year I have one piece showing entitled Wharfside No. 4.

The 2011 Sidney Fine Art Show will be held October 14, 15, and 16th at the Bodine Family Hall at the Mary Winspear Centre. Presented by the Community Arts Council of the Saanich Peninsula, the show is a world-class juried event for serious artists and patrons of the arts. The show continues a tradition of showcasing excellence with many diverse and exciting works on display. One visitor to the 2010 show from the UK echoed Ted Harrison’s comments of a few years ago saying “I have attended lots of art shows all over the world and this is one of the best that I have seen.”

Location: Mary Winspear Centre at 2243 Beacon Avenue
